Katy Perry listed her penthouse at 65 North Moore Street in February, after she and husband Russell Brand split. Perry and Brand paid $2.68 million for the apartment in 2010 and relisted it for $2.75 million. Rumor had it the place sold for less than ask—and in fact, the Observer reports, it sold for less than Perry and Brand paid for it. The final price (the buyer is an academic, Alexandra Suppes) was $2.62 million.
