It’s been reported in today’s Daily Star that this year’s Celebrity Big Brother housemate Danica Thrall has ditched her boyfriend Ben King, and is now dating fellow former housemate, Prince Lorenzo Borghese!
The split between Danica and Ben reportedly came after the couple rowed when Danica told him she’d agreed to a photoshoot for OK! magazine which would feature herself and Lorenzo in Cinderella and Prince Charming costumes.
A friend of Danica’s told the paper, “She had a massive row with her boyfriend Ben as he didn’t want her to do the OK! job.
“She explained that as a model she was obliged to, and she was excited about the theme.
“When Ben demanded she obey him and stay at home, she told him their relationship was over.
“Naturally Prince Lorenzo was there to pick up the pieces…
“He has always admitted being smitten by her and it gave him the perfect opportunity to make a move.”
A source on the set of the photoshoot confirmed, “Danica and Lorenzo were all over one another at the shoot and acting like lovestruck schoolchildren.”
The paper adds, “Friends believe Danica will move to New York with her new man, who claims his royal title due to family links to the Italian House of Borghese.”
However, apparently some of Lorenzo’s inner circle are worried that the Prince – who is estimated to be worth around £30million – could become Danica’s “latest plaything.”
But Danica’s friend insists that is not the case, saying, “She was branded and exposed as a sex tease and rinser.
“She wants a fresh start with Lorenzo before people persuade him otherwise.”
However, the source then added, “I wouldn’t put it past her to have planned this all along. Let’s hope no-one gets hurt.”
