Back in the “Dawson’s Creek” days they were a couple, and Katie Holmes called Joshua Jackson after she split from Tom Cruise.
The “Fringe” hunk told George Stroumboulopoulos that he was glad to get a call from the “Batman Begins” babe in her time of need.
Joshua explained, “Like any old friend… It was like, ‘Oh, hi how are ya? What’s going on?’ ‘I had a kid’ ‘Yeah, that’s crazy, I heard!’”
“It was nice. It was very nice, actually,” added Jackson, who is in a long-term relationship with Diane Kruger.
