In a decidedly darker change of pace, Elijah Wood can soon be seen in "Maniac," a remake of the William Lustig horror film.
In anticipation of its overseas debut, Warner Bros. has released the first six minutes of the creepy thriller.
The story follows Frank, played by the "Wilfred" star, a man who works in a mannequin shop by day and stalks and kills women by night. Things take a turn in his life when he meets a beautiful photographer.
Check out the beginning of the movie, in which Frank watches a pretty young victim on her way home from a night out.
