1. First, take your vitamins! If you can not swallow the idea of ??taking a pill, at least eat your way to healthy hair. A well balanced diet of foods rich in vitamin A, B, C and E, especially, are essential for healthy hair growth. Foods that are rich in iron and zinc have been shown to stimulate hair growth. If you do not mind beef, try fish, raisins, spinach, beans and yogurt, which are also a great source of protein. Soy is also rich in protein and has even been found to strengthen hair.
