Ai-Ai said they’ve separated since May 2, 2013, barely a month after their civil wedding in the US.
The 48-year-old Comedy Concert Queen has revealed the true reason why they decided to split up. Ai-Ai admitted that she’s afraid of Jed and that she feels anger and hatred towards him due to some traumatic marital woes.
When they were still together, Ai-Ai said she tried hard to hide from public knowledge everything unpleasant about her husband because she was protecting him and was worried about what her children would feel.
Their quarrel, according to Ai-Ai, started when she refused to agree that they spend three nights in a casino-hotel.
Jed apparently thought that Ai-Ai was accusing him of gambling at the facility. There were times that her husband turned physical against her, Ai-Ai said.
