According to TMZ, The Big Bang Theory actress and her husband decided to each have one of their two homes in California. As part of the divorce settlement Mayim - who rose to fame as a child star in series Blossom - was reportedly awarded the couple's hillside 1,400-square-foot, one bedroom home in Studio City.
While Micheal - who was born a Mormon but converted to Judaism for his wife - was given their 1,300-square-foot, three bedroom home in nearby Sherman Oaks.
When announcing plans to divorce, the 37-year-old television star was careful to point out her decision to raise her two sons - Miles, seven, and Frederick, four - using the controversial attachment parent style did not play a role.
At the time of their divorce Mayim - who has a Ph.D. in neuroscience - explained their decision to split on her blog. 'Divorce is terribly sad, painful and incomprehensible for children,' the 37-year-old wrote. 'It is not something we have decided lightly.
