Sorry, ladies: George Clooney is still off the market.
A rep for the Oscar-winning actor, 51, is slamming a new story in British paper The Sun that he and actress and former wrestler Stacy Keibler, 32, have parted ways.

"A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler [is] not true," the rep tells Us. Clooney and Keibler went public with their romance almost exactly a year ago at the Toronto Film Festival, and have spent this past summer together at this spread in Lake Como, Italy.

The Sun's story claims that the Descendants actor -- who split with model Elisabetta Canalis a couple months before he and Keibler began dating -- got "cold feet" about long-term commitment to the sunny blonde. Counters Clooney's rep: "[The story is a] total fabrication designed to sell newspapers."

Clooney was married once -- to Mad Men actress Talia Balsam from 1989 to 1993 -- and has hinted he might not walk down the aisle again.
"I was married, so I gave it a shot," Clooney said back in January 2011.
