You might skip breakfast, but most of us would not think of dropping our traditional cup of coffee. We are so programmed that we can’t start the day without the energy boost of caffeine. A lot of folks would love to kick the habit for health reasons, so here are some energy-boosting tricks that leave out the traditional caffeine fix, and they are some really healthy, easy choices.
